Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has met with the Turkic Council delegation headed by the Secretary General, Mr. Halil Akıncı on 13 October 2011 in Astana. Minister of Economic Development of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev, Minister of Development of Turkey Cevdet Yilmaz, Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Kazakhstan Kairat Kelimbetov, Deputy Minister of Economic Regulation of Kyrgyzstan Sanzhar Mukanbetov attended the meeting. The meeting covered financial-economic development of Turkic-speaking countries, enhancement of cooperation in CCTS, as well as interactions in energy and transit-transportation sectors.
