Meeting of the Committee of Senior Officials has started in Istanbul.

Meeting of the Committee of Senior Officials has started with the opening speech of the Turkic Council Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasanov. Senior Officials from the Ministeries of Foreign Affairs of the Member States of the Turkic Council are attending to the meeting. At the opening, presentation of short film about the Turkic Council is made and then the discussions have started on the agenda items.

The Organization of Turkic States was established in 2009 as an intergovernmental organization. Its primary objective is to foster comprehensive cooperation among Turkic States.
