Meeting of the Working Groups on Economy was held in Istanbul on 16-17 March 2015. Working Groups on Economy namely Improving the Investment Climate, Diversification of Economy and Entrepreneurship as the Basis of Economic Relations discussed numerous issues related to the Economic cooperation among Member States of The Turkic Council.
Furthermore Parties discussed Memorandums of Understanding among free zones, experience sharing and on the investment statistics, as well as the implementation of various Business Forums and Exhibitions within the framework of the Turkic Council. It was agreed that the next Meeting will be held by in Kazakhstan prior to the Summit of the Heads of State which is planned to be convened in September 2015.
