On behalf of the Turkic Council and myself, I express our deepest sadness over the passing away of Mr. Fettah Heydarov, the member of the Council of Elders of the Turkic Speaking States. 

Mr. Fettah Heydarov rightfully enjoyed great reputation in the Turkic World. As the Azerbaijani Aksakal and current Chair of the Council of Elders of the Turkic Speaking States, he offered its valuable advises in establishing multiple programs and projectsand did a great deal to strengthen the role of the Turkic Council in multilateral relations among brotherly States.

The memory of this wise Aksakal will undoubtedly remain in the hearts of the Turkic people. 

I am extending heartfelt condolences and sincere sympathy to the family of Mr. Fettah Heydarov and brotherly Azerbaijani people.
