We have learned with great sorrow the passing of Mr. Bakhtiyor Sayfullayev, the Uzbek Member of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States.
With his wise personality and extensive experience as a statesman Mr. Bakhtiyor Sayfullayev made great contributions to the development of cultural life of Uzbekistan as well as maintained valuable recommendations to strengthen the multilateral relations between the brotherly Turkic States.
The memory of our wise Aksakal will undoubtedly remain in the hearts of the Turkic peoples.
