On behalf of the Turkic Council Secretariat and my own behalf, I would like to congratulate wholeheartedly the 25th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Taking this opportunity I wish peace and prosperity both to the people of Azerbaijan and all Turkic World.
