From the periods of great epic of Manas onwards, the red flag of Kyrgyzstan is the echo of the glorious history, bravery and courage of brotherly Kyrgyz people as well as the bright golden sun represents peace and wealth, whereas the forty rays remark the prosperous future of independent, sovereign and unified Kyrgyzstan.
As one of the founding members of the OTS, as well as the integral part of the Turkic World, the flag of the Kyrgyz Republic is waving in front of headquarters of the OTS Secretariat representing the country's esteem and honor.
On this very occasion, I cordially congratulate the brotherly people and the Government of Kyrgyzstan, and wish the Kyrgyz Republic to prosper with its people, flag and homeland.
