On behalf of the Turkic Council Secretariat and my own, I would like to congratulate wholeheartedly the Independence Day of brotherly and friendly Republic of Uzbekistan.

Taking this opportunity I wish days full of peace and happiness to people of Uzbekistan and all Turkic World.
