I would like to congratulate on behalf of the Turkic Council Secretariat and on my own behalf, October the 3rd "The Day of Cooperation of Turkic Speaking States".

This historic day is the 7th anniversary of the signing of Nakhchivan Agreement establishing the Turkic Council as an international organization. I wish it will bring more prosperity and happiness to the Turkic World.
