I would like to congratulate wholeheartedly, October the 3rd `Turkic Speaking States Cooperation Day` the anniversary of the signing of the Nakhchivan Agreement, establishing the Turkic Council in 2009 which is enthusiastically celebrated all over the Turkic world.
On the eighth anniversary of this important day, while we present our gratitude to the founding member countries of the Turkic Council who are the architects and permanent supporters of its activities, we also would like to stress that with their support the Turkic Council will continue to work in order to contribute to the settlement of peace and prosperity in the region and beyond.
Taking this opportunity I wish a future full of peace, tranquility, unity and solidarity to the whole Turkic world.
