We commemorate with deep respect and gratitude Heydar Aliyev, the great leader and founder of the modern Azerbaijan. Known for his astute political intelligence and exceptional personality, Heydar Aliyev has led his country from troubled circumstances with perseverance and wise leadership and laid the foundation of Azerbaijan that plays an important role in the world today.
