All the praises and thanks be to Allah Almighty for all his graces, allowing us to reach again, one of our common days of joy and happiness, holy feast Eid al-Adha, which has been celebrated for centuries in our deep-rooted history and held together our national and spiritual feelings.
During these days, when the moral values and principles such as solidarity and unity come to the fore, I sincerely wish further deepening and strengthening of brotherly relations within the Turkic and Islamic World.
On this sacred occasion, I congratulate Eid al-Adha of all peoples of the Turkic States and wish them health, peace and prosperity.
