I sincerely congratulate our esteemed Aksakal Adil Ahmetov on his 80th jubilee, Kazakhstan's respected intellectual and scientist, statesman, whom we are honored to have as the representative of Kazakhstan in the Turkic Council’s Council of Elders.
Mr. Ahmetov, with his wise personality, vast knowledge and experience, has achieved outstanding success in all the tasks he has undertaken, as a linguist, writer, mentor and academician, he has written numerous books which contributed to the carrying of Kazakhstan's ancient cultural heritage into the future. Furthermore, the competent and well-equipped young people he educated are a source of hope for the entire Turkic World.
The substantial contributions of Mr. Ahmetov to the highest advisory board of the Turkic Council, namely the Council of Elders and his permanent support to the activities of the Turkic Council have always strengthened our tight schedule and improved our accomplishments.
Believing that his extraordinary services will continue to enlighten both Kazakhstan and the Turkic States, I wish our dear Aksakal a healthy and long life on his 80th birthday.
