Today marks the State Flag Day of our Member, the Kyrgyz Republic, which was adopted on March 3, 1992 and waved for the first time on this date representing its independence and reflecting the bright future as well as unity of the people of Kyrgyzstan.
On behalf of the Turkic Council and on my own behalf, I cordially congratulate the Kyrgyz State and its honorable people on their Flag Day and wish Kyrgyzstan to ever prosper and its flag to waive over its sky forever.
