Today is the 98th anniversary of the founder and great leader of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev. He devoted his whole life to his country and marked the history with his superior statesmanship and outstanding personality.
Being a source of pride for the Turkic world as a powerful and strategically important country, today Azerbaijan plays an important role in the international scene and honors the precious memory of its National Leader.
Taking this opportunity, I commemorate with respect Heydar Aliyev and convey my best wishes and greetings to the brotherly people of Azerbaijan.
