I commemorate with respect the first President Turkmenbashi Saparmurat Niyazov, who contributed greatly to the independence and neutrality of friendly and brotherly Turkmenistan, on the 11th anniversary of his passing away to eternity. Taking this opportunity, I wish peace and prosperity to Turkmen people and the whole Turkic World.
