Humanity has witnessed one of the darkest nights at Khojaly attack which is resulted in slaughter of completely defenseless civilians in a comprehensive manner. Khojaly massacre go down in history not only of the Republic of Azerbaijan but also in history of the world as one of the painful chapters of humanity.
It saddens us deeply to witness that these painful events of the past still continue at different places of the world today. It is our greatest wish that peace and stability prevail in our beautiful world and all people live in tranquility.
We commemorate with deep respect and mercy all the martyrs who lost their lives in Khojaly massacre and strongly hope that similar tragic incidents will never reoccur. Whatever the reason, we condemn all kinds of terrorism.
