    Message of the Turkic Council Secretary General Ambassador Ramil Hasanov, on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Kyrgyz Republic.
    On behalf of the Turkic Council Secretariat and my own, I would like to congratulate the Independence Day of the Kyrgyz Republic that declared its independence on 31 August 1991.

    Taking this opportunity I wish days full of peace and happiness to all Turkic World.
