On behalf of the Turkic Council Secretariat and on my own behalf, I condemn and denounce the treacherous terrorist attack happened in Gaziantep, Turkey.
We know very well that the people who serve to terror and terrorism, by no means, will not be able succeed.
I wish God`s mercy on those who lost their lives, convey our condolences to their families and people of Turkey and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded.
