On behalf of the Turkic Council Secretariat and on my own behalf, I condemn and denounce the treacherous terrorist attack happened in İstanbul on 1 January 2017.
People who serve to terror and terrorism will not be able to succeed.
I wish God`s mercy on those who lost their lives, convey our condolences to their families and people of Turkey and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded.
