We learned with great sorrow the terrorist attack happened on 22 March 2016 in Brussels, the capital of Belgium.
Unfortanetly we have once again witnessed how darkness of terrror which targets everyone and causes crime regardless of their religion, language and nation.
On behalf of the Turkic Council Secretariat and on my own, I would like to state again our continous unity against terrorism and I convey my condolences to the relatives of innocent people who lost their lives.
