On behalf of the Turkic Council Secretariat and on my own behalf, I condemn and denounce the treacherous terrorist attack happened today in Istanbul.
This and similar traitorous attacks made against our unity and brotherhood will never reach their goal.
I wish God`s mercy on those martyrs who lost their lives, convey our condolences to their families and brotherly people of Turkey and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded.
