Known for his devoted and amazing services in the entire Turkic world, a talented musician and artist, composer and violinist, diplomat, professor and ex-minister of culture, with all this background and professionalism he creates and restores the great community of Turkic-speaking countries and peoples, the cultural influence of which extends from east to west for centuries. His ideas and projects cover many, if not almost all areas of Turkic culture, folklore, music and art.
That is why today his active work makes everyone admire and treat with great respect his unique personality, who can make amazing cultural festive celebration from any ordinary event.
On this significant day, I would like to wish my dear Brother and outstanding colleague Dyusen Kurabayevich health and happiness, and on behalf of the Turkic world, I express our gratitude for all his endless efforts and infinite energy dedicated to the cultural development of the Turkic world and a long with that happy life together with his loved ones.
