Esteemed Kyrgyz people!

On behalf of the Turkic Council and on my own behalf, I wholeheartedly congratulate the 30th anniversary of the independence and sovereignty of the Kyrgyz Republic!

For 30 years of its remarkable historical path, Kyrgyzstan has experienced developments worth almost a century-old road.

Throughout this period, the country was able to preserve its dignity, freedom, independence and statism.

Political developments over the course of 30 years have contributed to Kyrgyzstan's successful passing of the democracy test, strengthening stability and upholding the rule of law.

Having established itself on the world stage as a democratic country that defends freedom of expression and human rights, Kyrgyzstan has taken major steps towards market economy.

Today, the Kyrgyz Republic is recognized as a sovereign state by all countries and international organizations in the world.

As an indispensable part of the Turkic World; Kyrgyzstan's relations with fraternal and friendly countries are rising to new heights and it takes strong steps with them towards a bright future.

The future of Kyrgyzstan will undoubtedly be full of success!

I firmly believe that its deep rooted historical legacywill reinforce the progress and prosperity of the Kyrgyz people, increase the economic development of the country, and lead to numerous changes in the cultural, humanitarian and social spheres.

On this important occasion, I once again congratulate the Kyrgyz Government and the brotherly Kyrgyz people and wish them unity, solidarity and prosperity!
