On behalf of the Turkic Council and on my own behalf, I would like to convey our heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
25 years ago, the Fundamental Law of Republic of Kazakhstan was adopted at the nationwide referendum. Since that time Constitution has become a guarantee of equal rights and freedoms for people of Kazakhstan.
At the present stage, the constitutional norms of the social and state structure are the basis for steady development and modernization processes, supporting the positive times to come for the entire nation of Kazakhstan!
On this important day we wish peace, prosperity and solidarity to the Republic of Kazakhstan and its brotherly people.
