On behalf of the Turkic Council and on my own behalf, I would like to congratulate the Government and people of brotherly Republic of Kazakhstan on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of country’s Constitution Day.

The Fundamental Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which was adopted at the nationwide referendum 26 years ago, constitutes assurance of equal rights and freedoms for Kazakh people and society.

The continual steady growth and modernization process of economic, social and political life of Kazakhstan acquires its strength from firmly established rules and regulations based on the constitutional norms of the public and state structure.

Turkic States are proud of the remarkable achievements of Kazakhstan in the international arena, as well as its socioeconomic development, modernization and ever increasing prosperity of the country. 

On this very occasion we wish peace, prosperity and solidarity to the Republic of Kazakhstan and its brotherly people.
