On the occasion of the 96th birthday anniversary of the founder and great leader of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev, who marked the history of the world with his superior statesmanship and outstanding personalitiy, on behalf of the Turkic Council and on my own, we commemorate the National Leader with our heartfelt gratitude.
