On his 97th birth anniversary, I commemorate with respect Heydar Aliyev, the founder and great leader of the Turkic Council’s current chair, the Republic of Azerbaijan. The National Leader marked the history with his visionary statesmanship and outstanding personality. Built on solid foundations his legacy Azerbaijan has an important place in the world today. 
Taking this opportunity, I convey my best wishes and greetings to the brotherly people of Azerbaijan and hope that their land of fire to prosper forever.
