On behalf of the Turkic Council and on my own behalf, it is with great pleasure that I extend warm greetings and felicitations to the Kyrgyz Republic and its people on the occasion of its Independence Day.   
As one of the Founding States of the Turkic Council, the Kyrgyz Republic has always strongly supported the close ties of friendship and cooperation based on shared values and mutual understanding, serving for the benefit and development of our region, that is institutionalized under the umbrella of the Turkic Council. 
I take this opportunity to convey my most sincere congratulations to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and my good wishes for the continued progress and prosperity of the brotherly people of Kyrgyzstan.
