His Excellency Nursultan Nazarbayev’s name is closely associated with cohesion and unity that was forged in Kazakhstan owing to his new vision articulated for the re-born national identity of the Kazakh people and society.
As a wise and universally revered statesman, President Nazarbayev always reacted timely and accurately to the most pressing challenges with new approaches and strategies laying a solid foundation for the robust development of Kazakhstan, which became symbol of harmony and stability both in the region and entire world.
He is also deservedly recognized as the Great Leader of the Turkic World who altered the course of historical development of the Turkic peoples and made it more dynamic, especially by establishing the Turkic Council, which continues to work rigorously to bring the ongoing relations among the Turkic nations to a new level.
On this special day, on behalf of the Turkic Council and on my own, I would like to wish health and happiness to His Excellency Nursultan Nazarbayev, peace and prosperity to the brotherly people of Kazakhstan and to the entire Turkic World.
