    On the occasion of 9 November, the State Flag Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I would like to convey my heartfelt congratulations to the Azerbaijani people and wish that their flag will wave forever over the sky of Azerbaijan.

    Taking this opportunity, I would like to commemorate all our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the homeland, the flag and the independence.
