Message of the Turkic Council Secretary General regarding the helicopter accident happened in Turkey.

We are saddened by the tragic helicopter accident happened today in the city of Bitlis of the Republic of Turkey. We extend our sincere condolences to the relatives of the soldiers who lost their lives as well as to the brotherly people and Government of Turkey and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.
