Mr. Nabi Avcı, Minister of National Education of the Republic of Turkey came together with the students participating to the Turkic Council Student Exchange Programme at a dinner on 5 April 2016.
Representatives of the Ministry of the National Education of the Republic of Turkey, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Ankara Mr. İbragim Junusov, Deputy Secretary General of TURKSOY, Fırat Purtaş, Education and Culture Counsellors of the Embassies of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan as well as Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Dr. Ömer Kocaman, Project Directors Yıldız Uzakova, Zamin Aliyev and Asan Mazhitov participated in the dinner.
Deputy Secretary General Dr. Ömer Kocaman and Project Directors Yıldız Uzakova, Zamin Aliyev and Asan Mazhitov are responsible for the coordination of the Turkic Council Student Exchange Programme.
