Mr. Alper Coşkun, Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Azerbaijan gave a reception to the honor of the participants of the Turkic Council Junior Diplomats 2nd Education Program on 10 March 2015.
Reception was attended by Mr. Hikmet Çetin, who was in Baku to share his experience in the context of Education Program, Mr. Hasan Hasanov, Former Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Mr. Fettah Haydarov, President of the Council of Elders of Azerbaijan, Ambassadors of Member Countries of the Turkic Council in Baku and the junior diplomats participating in the Education Program.
