Mr. Olivier Adam Deputy Regional Director, UNDP Regional Bureau for Europe and CIS paid a visit to the Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov on 9 April 2015.
They discussed ways of collaborating in line with their shared mandates aimed at improving the lives of the people of the region. They have reached a preliminary understanding on signing a Memorandum of Understanding that will form the basis of future cooperation between the two organizations. Parties also reiterated their commitment to organize a joint international conference on ICT for Development in Istanbul in fall 2015.
