Observer Mission of the Turkic Council has started its observation activities on 23 April 2015.
Observer Mission of the Turkic Council composed of the Secretariat officials and representatives from Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkey started its observation activities on 23 April 2015. The delegation was divided into two groups: the first one observing election in Almaty and the other one in Taraz. 

The Group observing election in Almaty held the meetings today (23 April 2015) with the Head of Almaty territorial election commission Mr. Bakhytzhan Dospanov and also with all Heads of the Presidential Campaign Headquarter of all candidates located in Almaty.
 
For the current time, no violations of law regarding possible influence of pre-election campaign on election results were observed by the Mission Members. All the legal and logistical conditions are provided for international observance of election in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The outcomes of the Observer Mission of the Turkic Council regarding the Early Presidential Election will be shared by the Head of the Mission, Secretary General of the Turkic Council H.E. Ramil Hasanov during a press conference to be held on 27 April 2015 in Almaty, as well as the group that is monitoring election in Taraz will share their remarks on the same day at the press conference in Taraz. The official report of the Observer Mission of the Turkic Council will be subsequently submitted to the Member States.
