The Meeting was moderated by the Deputy Secretary General Dr. Ömer Kocaman and attended by the high-level experts from the Red Crescent and Red Cross National Societies of the Member and Observer States.
In line with the instruction of the Presidents of the OTS at the 8th Summit held on 12 November 2021 in Istanbul, Parties discussed the details of establishing a network to enhance cooperation among the Red Crescent and Red Cross National Societies to collectively prepare and respond to natural and man-made disasters in the Member and Observer States.
At the meeting, Parties discussed the details of the agreement to establish a network and reached a common understanding to sign the said document in the upcoming period.
