Türkiye declared seven days of national mourning after catastrophic earthquakes and aftershocks devastated the country's southeastern provinces on February 6, 2023.
During this period of mourning, the flags of Member and Observer States will stay lowered to half-staff at the Headquarters of the Organization of Turkic States. 
Sharing its continuing solidarity with brotherly people and Leadership of Türkiye, OTS extends its condolences to the Turkish people, wishes God’s mercy upon those who lost their lives and speedy recovery to the wounded.
