An international seminar on “International cooperation between prosecutor’s offices, provision of legal assistance in criminal cases: current situation and challenges” within the framework of the Council of Prosecutors General of the Organization of Turkic States was held on 8-9 August 2022 in Baku. 

Hosted by the Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan, the seminar was attended by the First Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Elchin Mammadov, Deputy Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Mr. Gismat Gozalov, and delegations of the General Prosecutor’s offices of the Member States.                                   

After the opening ceremony, all delegations were received by the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Kamran Aliyev. 

The seminar continued with the presentations, speeches and effective exchange of ideas between the young prosecutors from the delegations of the Member States.
