The Election Observation Mission of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) for the 28th General Parliamentary Elections and the Presidential Elections of the Republic of Türkiye headed by Ambassador Yerzhan Mukash, the OTS Deputy Secretary General assumed its work in Istanbul.
On 11 May 2023 the Election Observation Mission consisting from representatives from the OTS Member States held meetings with Ambassador Ayşe Sözen Usluer, the Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye in Istanbul, H.E. Ali Yerlikaya, the Governor of Istanbul and Mr Ramazan Seçkin, the Head of the City Election Committee.
