International Rural Tourism and Development Congress is being held on 22-24 September, 2023 in Kütahya, Türkiye. 

The congress, to which academic circles from the Turkic States and Pakistan were invited, was organized by the Kutahya Dumlupinar University in cooperation with the local municipality in order to discuss the current state and prospects for the development of rural tourism and its role in the development of the countries of the region.

At the opening ceremony, the Deputy Secretary General of OTS Dr. Mirvokhid Azimov, Vali of Kütahya municipality Mr. Musa Işın and Rector of the Kütahya University Prof. Süleyman Kızıltoprak delivered speeches.
