The Secretariat took part in the press conference organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Türkiye on 15 February 2022 in Ankara, with the participation of the Chief Advisor to the President of the Republic of Türkiye Mr. Yalçın Topçu, President of Türkiye-Turkmenistan Friendship Group and Member of the Parliament Mr. İbrahim Aydemir, and representatives of corps diplomatic and private sector as well as members of the press. 
During the meeting, Ambassador of Turkmenistan H.E. Isankuly Amanliyev made detailed presentation to the participants of the meeting regarding the important achievements made by Turkmenistan in political, economic and cultural fields in the last year and shared information on the planned events for the year 2022 the motto of which was declared as the «Epoch of people with Arkadag».
In this framework, Ambassador Amanliyev emphasized the importance that Turkmenistan attaches to developing friendly and brotherly relations particularly within the region and underlined the joining of Turkmenistan to the Organization of Turkic States as one of the important steps taken in this direction. 
He also stated that Turkmenistan aims in 2022 at implementing projects and programs that would increase the economic potential and the welfare of the country in a more comprehensive manner.
