    Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) H.E.Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of  Türkiye H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on the occasion of his victory in the second round of the Presidential Elections.
