The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev held a meeting with H.E. Erzhan Kazykhan, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for External Affairs on 2 September 2023 at the OTS Headquarters in Istanbul.
