On October 4, 2023, H.E.Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), received H.E. Aibek Moldogaziev, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, at the premises of the OTS Secretariat in Istanbul.

During the meeting, the parties discussed upcoming OTS events in Kyrgyzstan and the agenda of the 10th Summit planned to be held in Kazakhstan on November 3, 2023.

Furthermore, the Secretary General emphasized the contribution of the Kyrgyz Republic to OTS activities and expressed gratitude for their active involvement in strengthening the Organization.

Ambassador Omuraliev and Deputy Minister Moldogaziev also discussed ideas for enhancing cooperation in politics, economics, and humanitarian efforts among the Member States.
