On July 26, 2023, H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), had a meeting with H.E. Jeenbek Kulubaev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, in Bishkek.

During the meeting, the parties discussed various topics on the OTS agenda, cooperation among Member States in various areas including transport, energy, agriculture and economy.

The Secretary General updated the Minister with the latest activities of the OTS Secretariat and shared the organization's plans for the near future.

Both sides stressed the significance of active participation by respective state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in OTS activities to promote relevant issues.
