In the margins of the 1st Central Asian Media Forum (CAMF) hosted on 20-21 December 2022 in Astana, H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States had meetings with a number of high-level participants of the CAMF.
Ambassador Omuraliev held meetings with Ms. Gunay Afandiyeva, President of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Mr. Shahin Mustafayev, President of the International Turkic Academy as well as Mr. Sultan Raev, Secretary General of TURKSOY and urged his counterparts to take active part in the meeting of the Coordination Committee of the Turkic Cooperation Organizations (TCO), to be held on 20 January 2023, in order to develop a joint algorythm on finding solutions to the common tasks of the TCO.
At the meeting with H.E. Nambaryn Enkhbayar, the 3rd President of Mongolia, the parties discussed new cooperation opportunities between the OTS and the Mongolian side.
During the Forum, the Secretary General had an exchange of opinions on the topics of the CAMF sessions with Prof. Duisen Kaseinov, former Secretary General of TURKSOY and other high-level speakers.
