Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, met with the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye H.E. Ömer Bolat on 30 August 2023 in Ankara.

During the meeting, Parties discussed the topics on the agenda of the OTS and the cooperation among the Member States with a special emphasis on economy and trade. Furthermore, Parties elaborated on the agenda and program of the 12th meeting of the Ministers of Trade and Economy of the OTS and the Turkic World Business Forum to be organized on 14 September 2023 in Istanbul.  

Secretary General provided the Minister with information on the latest activities of the Organization, including preparations for the upcoming 10th Summit of the OTS.

Minister Ömer Bolat underscored his Ministry’s strong commitment to the multilateral cooperation in the fields of economy and trade within the framework of the OTS.
