The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev received the Head of OECD Istanbul Office Ambassador Achraf Bouali on 12 September 2023 at the OTS Headquarters in Istanbul.
The sides discussed the scope of potential cooperation between the secretariats of the two organizations and agreed to develop the interaction by getting more actively involved in activities of mutual interest.
