The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev received the Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture, TURKSOY, Mr. Sultanbai Raev at the Headquarters of the OTS in Istanbul.
During the courtesy visit, the Secretary General Raev presented the OTS Secretary General Ambassador Omuraliev with TURKSOY’s ‘Medal of Honor’ for his contributions to the art and culture of Turkic world during his term as the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Ankara.
At the meeting, the parties discussed the items on the common agenda of two Organiztions and exhanged views on planned joint events and activities for the upcoming period.
